Shipping Policy

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia post or the courier company directly and we hold no responsibility for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Selecting the incorrect postage option for your order may result in a delay in your order. Should you select a postage option that does not meet the requirements to deliver your order you will be invoiced for the remainder of the cost of delivery.
